Return & Refund Policy
All supplement purchases are considered final once collected or delivered due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed if:
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item is damaged upon collection or delivery.
- The item is expired at the time of purchase.
- There is a confirmed fulfilment error from Nara Clinic.
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, with clear photo or video proof. The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval by Nara Clinic. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the purchase channel.
Nara Clinic reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if the product has been opened, used, damaged after collection/delivery, or if the claim is made after the allowed reporting period.
