Return & Refund Policy

All supplement purchases are considered final once collected or delivered due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed if:

The item received is incorrect.
The item is damaged upon collection or delivery.
The item is expired at the time of purchase.
There is a confirmed fulfilment error from Nara Clinic.

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, with clear photo or video proof. The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval by Nara Clinic. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the purchase channel.

Nara Clinic reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if the product has been opened, used, damaged after collection/delivery, or if the claim is made after the allowed reporting period.

Guideline Usage

Take 20 drops in the morning and 20 drops at night, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine. Drops may be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of water, unless advised otherwise by your healthcare practitioner.

One 20 mL bottle may last approximately 10 days, based on the suggested usage of 40 drops per day. Duration may vary slightly depending on drop size and individual usage.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing an existing medical condition.
